1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SeichiGo, you agree to these Terms and related rules.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

2. Accounts and Security

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may require additional verification or apply restrictions to suspicious accounts.

3. User Content and Conduct

• You may submit content only if it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.
• No illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, pornographic, malicious, or deceptive content.
• Respect real-world locations and residents related to anime pilgrimage topics.
• Do not abuse APIs, evade rate limits, scrape aggressively, or disrupt service stability.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

• SeichiGo may review, edit, reject, unpublish, or remove user content.
• We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations or safety risks.
• Admin actions may be taken for legal compliance and community governance.

5. Intellectual Property and License

• You retain rights to content you lawfully own.
• You grant SeichiGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, adapt, and promote submitted content for service operation.
• SeichiGo brand assets, code, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Copyright Quotation and Takedown Requests

SeichiGo guides place anime frames alongside real-world photographs for scene comparison. Copyright in anime frames remains with the respective copyright holders; we quote them only to the extent necessary for scene comparison, explanation and commentary, and do not sell or redistribute them independently. Copyright in real-world photographs remains with the photographer.

• If you are the copyright holder or an authorised agent and believe that material on this site exceeds reasonable quotation, you may submit a takedown or correction request through the contact email on this page.
• Please identify the work and specific frame, the page URL, evidence of your rights or authorisation, and your preferred remedy (added attribution / replacement / removal).
• We will respond within 7 business days after receiving complete information and may hide the disputed material while the request is processed.
• Images submitted by users must be their own photographs or used with permission. By uploading an image, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and authorise SeichiGo to display it on the site.

7. Third-Party Services

The service may include external links or third-party integrations (for example email, analytics, and maps). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Paid Subscriptions

• The Standard plan is a paid subscription that renews automatically each month. Prices and included features are those published on the pricing page.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
• Except as stated in the next bullet, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
• If a failure on our side prevents you from using the service during a paid period, you may request a refund within 7 days of the incident by contacting contact@seichigo.com; we will review and process the request.
• We may change prices with advance notice; new prices take effect from the next billing period after that notice.

9. Disclaimer and Liability Limits

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for your specific purpose.
• To the extent permitted by law, SeichiGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the service.
• We are not liable beyond mandatory legal obligations for failures caused by force majeure, network outages, or third-party service incidents.

10. Changes, Termination, and Governing Rules

• We may update these Terms and publish the latest version on this page.
• Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations.
• Interpretation and disputes are governed by laws applicable to the operator location, subject to mandatory law.
